# Launch Phases

## Phase 1 - Angel Investor

Angel investor plays a vital role in the development and contributes to economic and technological growth and advances. As such, we strive to provide nothing but the best deals for all our angel investors to benefit and grow together with the Alpha X ecosystem. The angel investments will serve as the liquidity for the operations of Alpha X.&#x20;

### How it works?

* **1 AXT = 1 USDT**
* AXT will be offered in 4 set based on total AXT amount, in the following set availability:

|        5000       |         5500        |
|       15,000      |         1500        |
|       50,000      |         500         |

* There are a total of **3 Funding Rounds (A, B and C)** offering all the available set
* To further incentivise angel investors, discounts are provided at every round of every set

#### Example 1 (Jack)

* Set of 50,000 AXT (Valued at 50,000 USDT)
* Round A
* Discount 15%
* **Jack paid ONLY 42,500 USDT**

* Set of 15,000 AXT (Valued at 15,000 USDT)
* Round B
* Discount 8%

### Funds Usage

* **40% -** Development, maintenance and upgrade of over Alpha X system platform, which includes financial services, audits, team recruiting, training etc
* **40% -** Branding and marketing, which includes continuous promotion and education of Alpha X and blockchain innovations in industry. A sufficient budget for various advertisement activities, to help Alpha X become popular among investors, and to attract active users to the platform.
* **20% -** Reserved for emergency and unforeseen circumstances

## Phase 2 - Initial Coin Offering (ICO)

The ICO will be done on multiple platforms globally. The ICO schedule and specific instructions will be announced prior to the end of the Angel Investor phase. Stay tuned!
